The diagnosis, study or analysis of training needs is essential to detect the real deficiencies that people have both within organizations (active workers) and outside them (unemployed). Adequate qualification directly affects the competitiveness of the business fabric and results in higher productivity.

In order to detect them, it is necessary to discover the professional competencies that companies require (KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDES, AND SKILLS) and determine the type of workers that fit them. In this way, a specific study is highlighted on the OCCUPATIONS OR PROFESSIONAL PROFILES that can best be adapted according to the PROFESSIONAL FAMILY TO WHICH THEY BELONG.

In order to detect training needs, it is necessary to define the object of the research, collect information (generally based on interviews), and analyze and interpret the information.

Interview the person in charge of Training Analysis (know the training plans of recent years, evaluations and training policy and human resources) Define sources of information (job description, skills, information collection instruments, schedule of company activities)
